From the moment we walked in Sophie made us feel welcome and completely at ease. She took her time and fully explained each step of the process to my daughter, who is thrilled with her new earrings. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Was very nervous getting my first new piercing in over 20 years but Sophie was excellent at assessing what piercings she recommended for my ears and what would compliment my existing piercings. Left with a lovely conch piercing and new jewellery for my tragus 😍 Can’t wait to return for more!!

Would highly recomend Sophie for any piercing! Nice relaxed, clean place, and Sophie was so welcoming and had so much advice, piercing was quick and perfect, aftercare was excellent!
